the staff was friendly, but why is there no elevator? hauling luggage up those stairs felt like a workout, and not the good kind. plus, i was shockingly disappointed to find a stained comforter on my last night. after such hardships, i expected a complimentary gesture, but i guess that’s just not how it works here. absolutelly disappointing.
